St. Clare's,
Stamullen
St. Clare's Stamullen was run by the Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare under the guidance of Fr. Regan, who was parish priest of Castlepollard, home to to one of the Sacred Heart Sisters' mother and baby homes.
We do not have further information about the history of St. Clare's, Stamullen at the moment, however we are endeavouring to rectify this. We do know that according to Mike Millotte's Banished Babies, 130 babies were secretly exported from St. Clare's, Stamullen to the US for adoption.
